On Wednesday, October 10 at 11am, the Moscow City Court will hear the appeal of the Pussy Riot sentence. Advocates Feygin, Polozov and Volkova will defend Nadya Tolokonnikova and Masha Alekhina, advocates Khrunova and Murtazin will defend Katya Samutsevich. After this appeal hearing if there is need, the next and last opportunity to ask for an appeal hearing will be to petition the Russian Supreme Court. Once the appeal processes are over the women are expected to be sent to remote labor penal colonies.
