It was raining the whole train ride down from London to Manchester, but there’s something relaxing and trance like about riding on a train, rain or shine…watching the countryside roll by, always seems like a you’re in a vaguely familiar movie scene. Like Liverpool, I think Manchester has a special place in the hearts of music lovers (or just anyone who’s seen 24 Hour Party People). The rain let up for about ten minutes just as I got to Jesca’s studio, just enough time for us to go outside and shoot this in that beautiful light you only get when the clouds have parted for a precious little time. I think that feeling comes across in the video and in the song as well, a precious stolen moment like a memory.

We’re big fan’s of Justin’s too so was great to hear this lovely interpretation, seemed like Jesca’s voice was made to sing it. Thank you to Jesca and Joel. — AG
