Ugandan DJ Nicky Afa-ei talks about playing Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros Gulu Woman’s Choir remix of “Home”on 102 Mega FM in the town of Gulu. Mega FM is the station in Gulu that has hosted the “Dwog Paco” (“Come Home”) radio show which has for years featured interviews with ex-LRA, songs and messages about coming home and is responsible for thousands of abductees and soldiers returning. Almost everyone in the region agrees that the show has absolutely been one of biggest factors in the peace and reconciliation process.
